Beautiful Rescue Cats #1

rescue cat
I recently visited the Newtown Cat Protection Society shelter in Sydney as a volunteer to take some pictures of the kitties looking for new homes. I thought I'd share the cute here in a series of blog posts and hopefully help spread the word in case anyone's looking for a new friend.

If you would like to adopt a cat or kitten, or perhaps become a volunteer, you can find out more about the Cat Protection Society at http://www.catprotection.org.au. You can also become a fan of their facebook page here. I'm sure any tweets, facebook posts etc would also be appreciated!

  1. They are all so sweet! And crafty (did you see that granny square blanket? Clever kitty!) Alas, a new feline friend would scare my guinea pigs to death. I hope they find homes soon.

  2. Too cute... my cats came from the Cat Protection Society also. I want to take them all home (but not in some crazy cat woman kind of way...)! Kate

  5. Oh how gorgeous! Makes me want all of them, too. If only I could have cats... someday...

Good on you for spreading the word.
